It does not matter how many commercials the Government put in the Media How many Police they put on the roads.These mug lairs think they own the road. Well I do not care if you smash yourselves up as long as you do not involve other people.I had a teachers say many many years ago. YOU CAN NOT EDUCATE IDIOTS well that goes for Hoon drivers. I saw a Hoon hit and run and Kill a beautiful young man years ago I can not get that picture out of my mind.although it is nearly twenty years ago. The victim was coming home from church on his bicycle and I saw this driver smart assing about and hit and killed him. I vow and declare if ever I see a hoon driver or drunk driver hit a tree or post and injure himself I will not go for help. AS long as they leave others alone they can do what they like to themselves and I will not seek to assist them.

U know what kills on our victorian roads is un experienced drivers . Drunk drivers . And people who drive and do drugs at the same time . Australia should be learning from european police how road rules are . Cause SPEED DOES NOT KILL . If u know Ure limits ul be fine . U bigot !!! . Yes I am a hoon driver as u morons and most gestapo police officers would refer too . And proud of it . !!! In europe if u go below the speed limit u get fined . Over here its the opposite . I do not live in Toorak.I have always worked hard and at some very menial jobs at time .Yes believe it or not I do care about my fellow man . I am pleased to see that your grammar is improving. I do not see the world though rose colored glasses.and was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth.
You know anything is possible in this world you just have to want it enough. If you wish to have this twisted outlook on life then so be it . That is how you will see the world.
I do not think that I am better than anyone else in this society. I hope your attitude will change a bit as you go through life. We have not all had the easy ride you think we have.But we only get so much time on this earth and I intend to make the most of it and you do not do that by cheating or defrauding people.and lying.

Hoon drivers seem to think they are alone in the world. One delights in the noise and dozens of others have to listen to it. When I hear them, I say, find yourself a stobie pole, any which one will do. Sometimes they do and even end up dead. I applaude, because we don’t need people like that.
These hoon drivers are like dogs who piss against the lamp post to mark their territory. If they realised that they display doggy behaviour, maybe they’d have a rethink.
With one thing I agree, the TV campaigns do not do anything to change dog behaviour. There should be fines which cannot be paid in one hit. If you had to pay 100 $ every month for three years, you would have to think about it every month, maybe you would progress to human behaviour. Other than that, find yourself a stobie pole, better sooner than later.

I agree with all your comments. I hear them going up our highway nightly and hope to hell they wipe themselves out before they kill someone else. If one of them hits a pole they canlie there I will not go to their aid. They are so stupid they have no respect for other drivers why should we help them. The old saying is you can not educate Idiots no matter how many adds are on TV. I love your idea for the fines.
